Meet Samantha
With a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach, Samantha is a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for working collaboratively alongside her clients to help them identify, understand, and overcome the challenges they’re facing.
Samantha completed a Bachelor of Psychology with First Class Honours, and a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of New South Wales and holds a full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PSY0002027583).
Samantha completed her PhD at the University of New South Wales, examining how pregnancy and motherhood may alter the regulation of fear and anxiety. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, books, and newsletters. She has also presented her research at both domestic and international conferences.
During her postgraduate training, Samantha gained experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including the University of New South Wales Psychology Clinic, the Westmead Anxiety Treatment and Research Unit, and Banks House.
When not working with Peter Walker and Associates, Samantha works at the Black Dog Institute, where she conducts research on suicide prevention, youth mental health and health psychology.
