Meet Chris

Warm, open, and compassionate, Chris is a Generally Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. He holds a Master of Clinical Psychology degree from The University of Technology Sydney and a BA Science with Honours in Psychology and Immunology from the University of Sydney. 

With a collaborative and empathetic approach, Chris is dedicated to creating a safe space in therapy in which individuals can navigate the challenges they face.

Having previously worked at Headspace, University research teams, and in private clinic settings, Chris utilises a range of treatment modalities best suited to empower individuals to realise their capacity to thrive and leverage their unique strengths.

Therapeutic approaches

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) with elements of Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Availability

Chris sees adults in our consulting rooms and via telehealth (phone or video) on Mondays and Tuesdays.
